Jarmel Kizel Design Two Multi-Family Buildings in Verona
Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc., was retained by DeMattheis Investments, LLC to design two multi-family housing projects at the intersection of Bloomfield Ave and Verona Place in Verona. Acting as architect and engineer of record, Jarmel Kizel designed two new structures from the ground up.
"These new buildings are a great example of infill smart growth development. We propose to transform two vacant lots with the construction of two new buildings that blend into the existing urban fabric," stated Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, principal of Jarmel Kizel.
The two buildings will consist of 10 apartments each, with covered, secure parking on the ground level. There will be 14 two-bedroom units and 6 one-bedroom units in total. The project will be completed within the next year.
This project is the newest in the portfolio of DeMattheis Investments, LLC., a property owner known for their retail and multi-family holdings. They currently own and manage shopping centers and numerous multi-family buildings throughout New Jersey. They are well known for their high quality of management services.
