JARMEL KIZEL ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS, INC. EXPANDS STAFF IN RESPONSE TO THE RECOVERING REAL ESTATE MARKET

"Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc. has expanded staff in response to the increase demand for architectural and engineering services" stated Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, principal. "Over the last several months the firm has been awarded an array of multi-family housing projects, early childhood development centers, commercial office interiors and medical projects". In response to this increase in demand, the firm has expanded staff in its architectural, interiors and engineering studios.

Staff expansions include the following:

GIUSEPPE SANTONOCITO PHD, Director of Civil Engineering
Mr. Santonocito, leads Jarmel Kizel's Civil Engineering Division. He is responsible for managing project design; project budgeting and client management for all of the firm's civil engineering assignments which focuses on land planning and development. He has experience in managing numerous engineering projects and provides design services for site design, storm water management, grading, soil erosion control, roadway design, construction cost estimating and land development permitting.

Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, Mr. Santonocito performed civil engineering services at PMK Group and TRC Engineers and is on the executive board of the Roxbury Condominium Association of Westwood, New Jersey.

HASSAN BUTT, Electrical Engineering Designer
Mr. Butt has extensive experience in the field of electrical design, working on a variety of different project types ranging from office to industrial facilities. Mr. Butt is assigned to the firm's MEP Engineering studio where he will design electrical systems for tenant improvements, new buildings and generator and UPS systems.

SARA ALEXANDER, Interior Designer
Ms. Alexander is an interior designer who works in the corporate interiors studio at Jarmel Kizel. She works directly with clients developing architectural programs, space plans and interior design specifications for finishes and furnishings. She has various experiences in the field of interior design which includes corporate offices, retail and medical facilities.

FREDDY ALMEYDA, Intern Architect
Mr. Almeyda is a graduate architect. He is an expert in BIM (Building Information Modeling). He is assigned to the firm's architectural studio where he assists with schematic design and production drafting.
