Jarmel Kizel’s Civil Engineering Studio Provides Civil Engineering Design and Project Management Services for Scenic Hill Condominiums in West Orange, NJ

LIVINGSTON, N.J. (December 1, 2011)—Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc., a full-service architecture and engineering firm based in Livingston, New Jersey, is providing civil engineering services for Scenic Hill Condominiums, a 20-year-old condominium and townhome complex located off of Hansen Road in West Orange, New Jersey.

The project, being led by Joseph Mele, PE, director of Jarmel Kizel’s civil engineering studio, includes a topographic survey, construction documents and project management services in support of roadway modernization.

“Residential complexes experience elements of deterioration over time, and require the design services of civil engineers,” stated Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA and principal of Jarmel Kizel. “Our firm is very knowledgeable in this type of repair work, and has a great deal of experience in providing these services. Jarmel Kizel’s work for this project includes civil engineering design services for repairs and upgrades to deteriorating roadway and driveway conditions caused by normal wear and tear, as well as roof run-off from storm leaders and select landscaping elements.

Scenic Hill Condominiums is a condominium and townhome complex located off of Hansen Road in West Orange, NJ. The complex is opposite St. Barnabas Hospital and borders the township of Livingston, and includes 354 one- and two-bedroom units with garages.
