Jarmel Kizel Excels in Branding Roll-Out Design in the Medical Sector

LIVINGSTON, N.J. (May 23, 2011)—Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc., a full-service architecture and engineering firm based in Livingston, New Jersey, has been retained to provide architecture and engineering design services for the roll-out of over a dozen medical offices throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. The offices are being designed for a dermatology practice, which has been a repeat client of the firm for many years.

Irwin H. Kizel, AIA, principal with Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc. is leading these assignments on behalf of the firm. “The medical sector is one of the fastest growing in the northeast region—especially for specialty practices—and as a firm we are aggressively targeting this marketplace,” commented Kizel. “Our expertise in retail roll-out design and branding is extremely helpful to our clients’ needs when they require their offices to have one specific look and feel throughout each space.”

The dermatology offices currently on the drawing board range from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet in area and are either located within larger buildings or as stand-along facilities along major thoroughfares in highly trafficked towns and cities.

For all of the projects, Jarmel Kizel is providing a variety of architecture and engineering design services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering; as well as space planning, interior design, construction documents and construction contract administration. Oftentimes the projects include exterior improvements to the store fronts of the selected locations. Some of the offices currently in progress are located in South Bound Brook and Bayonne, New Jersey; as well as in Allentown and Easton, Pennsylvania.
