Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc Provides Architecture And Design Services For Several TGI FRIDAY'S Locations Accross The Country

LIVINGSTON, N.J. JULY 2008 — Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc., has been appointed to provide architecture and design services for eight new T.G.I. Fridays locations in Arizona, New Jersey, New York and California on behalf of The Briad Group of Livingston, N.J.

The Briad Group is one of America’s fastest growing hospitality companies with rapidly expanding franchise locations across the entire United States. The company is currently ranked 5th on the Restaurant Finance Monitor’s list of top 200 restaurant franchise operators and is the largest T.G.I. Friday’s franchise restaurant operator. Briad now owns and operates 43 Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger restaurants, 68 T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants and is currently developing Marriott and Hilton hotels.

The eight new T.G.I. Fridays assignments are located in Linden, N.J.; Riverdale, N.Y.; Riverside, Calif.;, Fresno, Calif.; Menifee, Calif.; Compton, Calif, Chandler Arizona and the Bronx, N.Y. Irwin H. Kizel, AIA, PP, principal, is leading these assignments.

Jarmel Kizel is highly known for their prototyping and rollout design work as they are a full service firm, including civil engineering, architectural, structural, MEP, etc. and experts in entitlements.
