Jarmel Kizel Assists Willow Grove Medical Park In Obtaining Final Site Plan Approval

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. APRIL 15, 2008— Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc., has obtained site plan approvals on behalf of their client D6 Developments, LLC to begin construction of Willow Grove Medical Park, a two-story, 25,800-square-foot medical office facility located on Willow Grove Street in Hackettstown. Jarmel Kizel worked in conjunction with D6 Developments, LLC, a private real estate development company which specializes in multi-family, retail, mixed use and adaptive reuse projects.

“With approvals now in place, we anticipate a spring 2008 groundbreaking on this state-of-the-art new medical facility,” stated Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, principal of Jarmel Kizel. “We are pleased to have been able to facilitate the complex approval process and obtain both municipal and county approvals which were complex do to the need for a use variance. We look forward to continuing our role in this exciting project as Jarmel Kizel will now provide an extensive array of services from land planning to civil engineering and architectural design for both the building and tenant improvements.”

Less then one half mile from Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, Willow Grove Medical Park will feature up to ten modern medical units of 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and 150-car parking. Situated on 2.74 acres, the facility provides convenient access to Routes 46, 57 and 517 as well as I-80.
