Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. Completes 20,000-Square-Foot Headquarters Assignment In Florham Park

Florham Park, N.J. April 8, 2008 – Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has announced the completion of a new headquarters space for Untracht Early LLC, a certified public accountant and consultant firm, at 325 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park. Jarmel Kizel’s Principal Matthew Jarmel, AIA, MBA, Project Manager Jeff Ingerson and Interior Designer Janet Carney provided programming, space planning, interior design and architectural and engineering construction for this assignment.

Untracht Early relocated from two separate spaces on the building’s first floor to a larger combined space on the building’s second floor. For this project, the landlord, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and Jarmel Kizel committed to an ambitious eight-week construction schedule to meet the client’s move-in date requirements for the new 20,000-square-foot space. Gale Construction, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, was the construction company for this project and joined forces with Jarmel Kizel’s expert project manager to successfully meet this short-term construction goal.
