Jarmel Kizel Assists Rachael Manor Properties With Design For 33-Acre Mixed-Use Development In Wantage, NJ

WANTAGE, N.J. (OCTOBER 1, 2007) — Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has been appointed by Rachel Manor Properties, a development and real estate management company, to assist in the design of its new mixed-use development located on Route 23 in Wantage, New Jersey. When completed, this 33-acre site will boast a 5,800-square-foot WaWa convenience store, an 11,000-square-foot retail strip building, a mixture of 72 residential condominium and townhome units, and a group home for the Sussex County Association for Retarded Citizens.

For this assignment, Jarmel Kizel will be assisting Rachel Manor in obtaining land development entitlements for both the retail building and the residential component of the project. The company will also provide the schematic design for the entire development. Jarmel Kizel’s Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, is serving as principal in charge and Anthony Klymenko as project manager.
