Jarmel Kizel Appointed Architect Of Record For Greenbrook Corporate Center In Fairfield, New Jersey

FAIRFIELD, N.J. (MAY 21, 2007) — Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has announced its appointment as Architect of Record for Greenbrook Corporate Center, a 200,000-square-foot corporate office facility, in Fairfield, New Jersey.

On behalf of the new owner, Accordia Realty Ventures LLC, Jarmel Kizel will be responsible for assisting with tenant development services, which includes meeting with perspective tenants and brokers to develop space plans. In addition, once leases are secured, Jarmel Kizel will prepare architectural and engineering construction documents for all tenant fit-ups and build-outs on an ongoing basis.
