Jarmel Kizel Provides Architecture And Design Services For Chemetall Oakite In New Providence, New Jersey

NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J. (APRIL 23, 2007) —Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc., has been appointed to provide architecture and design services for Chemetall Oakite’s new 36,700-square-foot office and laboratory headquarters facility at 675 Central Avenue in New Providence, New Jersey. Chemetall Oakite is a specialty chemical manufacturing company. The Staubach Company was responsible for representing Chemetall Oakite in this new lease.

George Olear is serving as project manager for this assignment and Irwin Kizel, AIA as principal in charge.
