Jarmel Kizel And D6 Development Partner In Two-Story 25,000 Medical Office Building In Hackettstown, NJ

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (APRIL 9, 2007)— Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc., is working in conjunction with D6 Developments, LLC, a private real estate development company which specializes in multi-family, retail, mixed use and adaptive reuse projects, to develop a two-story, 25,000-square-foot medical office facility in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

The facility provides convenient access to Routes 46 and 57, as well as I-80.

The building is being marked by Ron Numon of Weichert Realtors who has been successful in pre-leasing over 20 percent of the building.
